Updated: Apr 22

Other speakers at the webinar included Frédéric Gilles Sourgens (Moderator), Washburn University School of Law, Topeka, Leigh Hancher, University of Tilburg and Florence School of Regulation, Florence, Italy; Anna Butenko, ENTSO-E, Brussels, Belgium, and Kim Talus Tulane University Law School, New Orleans, LA.
