Dr. Tade Oyewunmi is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of North Dakota (UND) School of Law.


His scholarship and research interests include examining the role of law and institutions in developing energy and natural resources, including the economic regulation of natural gas and electricity markets.


He has taught courses and led research projects bordering on energy decarbonization policies, international energy investment law, oil and gas law, ESG frameworks, and sustainable business law.
